All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, Monday to Fridays 8am - 5pm. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Zoomzys.com ships to addresses within the UK & Europe. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the total volume of your products, and your location.
Order value £100 & above – Free shipping
Order value £30 to £99 – £5.50
Order value £1 to £29 – £3.50
Zone 1 - £9.99
Others - £12.95

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Zoomzys.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We hope it doesn't come to this, but if you are not 100% satisfied with you purchase, please return the product
within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way and have the original packaging.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
